During more than 30 years spent in management positions in information systems technology worldwide, I have experienced at first hand the tremendous opportunities associated with information processing in all sectors of the economy. In less than a generation, technology has been a transformative force in the way we work, live and run our businesses. The opportunities generated by the digital age are matched only by the challenges of execution and adaptation that have arisen.

In Africa, these challenges are even more dramatic. Over the past 10 years, as a leader of organizations on the African continent, I have observed the power of technology to accelerate economic and social prosperity, and I have come to ONE conclusion: "Human capital management is the key differentiator of business performance". Talent recruitment and development, motivation, coaching, relevant communication and decision-making make a major difference to business climate, the achievement of objectives and social well-being".

With this in mind, I founded Kungolo Consulting as a partnership platform to accelerate business performance through talent development.

My executive background includes:
coaching and mentoring, advising managers on making difficult decisions in their companies, motivating teams, business development, integrating people, processes and technology into corporate development initiatives, promoting diversity programs as a way of life.

I have gathered around me a team of exceptional managers and advisors who share my vision and commitment to Africa, its values and its references.
